Learning to rest lies at the heart of healing and discovering your unique feminine essence.
Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based meditation technique that activates your body’s self-healing abilities.
We have learnt to ignore our body’s signals of needing rest. We have learnt that being in a state of high energy, being efficient and a "doer" makes us feel valued and worthy. This creates a lot of stress and tension in our nervous system.
We need to take back the immense healing power rest has on our feminine being. This is where Shakti can reveal her most loving, sweet power and where your feminine, soft essence can be discovered. Yoga Nidra is an important step of creating your inner sanctuary of feeling at home and safe in yourself.
We will journey through the art of resting together for 8 weeks (details below)
This class is open for men too.
We will start every Yoga Nidra class with a short yoga practice, to move into our body, followed by Yoga Nidra and sometimes meditation at the end.
