A feminine blend between yoga, sensual movements, embodiment practices and movements to soothe the nervous system .
𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗯 is the focal point from where we navigate the practice. All we do in these classes is an honouring of Her, an invocation to bridge the connection between your being and your Womb, the most auspicious connection that has become lost to us. This is a completely new way of relating to your body, where you invite your Womb into a trusting and compassionate space, for her to feel safe to release pain, so that she can awaken her Womb Magic.
𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 is the bridge that takes you deep inside to feel deeper, to awaken your sensual body so that you can open up for more pleasure, wellbeing and deep inner connection.

The day you started to bleed was the first sign that you are a woman, a crucial time in every woman’s life. Most of us didn’t get the attention we needed to understand the magnitude of this event in our lives. The little scared and ashamed girl is still trapped inside, affecting how we relate to our body, sexuality and The Feminine.
This one-day retreat will be a combination of teaching on Menstruation as a sacred spiritual practice to heal your feminine wounds, sharing circles, ritual and shamanic journeying to re-write your wounded story.

SISTER WOUND HEALING RITUAL
Do you feel wounded in your relationship to women?
The Sister Wound is one of the deepest feminine wounds that creates a big separation from your true Feminine Essence.
We need to face and heal this wound if we want to find more wholeness in our inner feminine connection.
With some sisters, we aren't able to meet and heal the pain and separation, both sides feel too hurt. This creates a thick wall of pain between us.
With this ceremony I will offer a very powerful prayer that will not only help you accept the pain between you, and own up your side of the story, it will also start heal the wound itself, even if your sister isn’t involved.
We will start the gathering with an introduction, followed by a meditation and then going into the prayer ritual.
