If you, like me are longing for deep connection and presence in your body, I am here for you!

I am a busy mother and entrepreneur struggling with finding the smallest of moments in daily life to connect to myself. 

And yet, an inner connection to myself and my body is an essential, daily need for me. It's what keeps me grounded,  connected to my heart, and attuned to the somatic intelligence of my body.

 

Usually I have about 20 minutes or less and in those moments I long to be guided and held by someone. That's why I created this membership platform.

 

The classes are short and has one clear focus ie. regulating your nervous system, a moment to feel yourself physically and emotionally, to pause and rest deeply, or deepen into your sensual and erotic aliveness — all designed to connect to yourself on an embodied, heartfelt level.

What you'll experience inside The Body Temple

  • Nervous System Regulation: to feel more safe and capable of meeting life's ups and downs.

  • Somatic Awareness: Build a felt relationship to your body’s sensations, emotions, feelings and mental state, so that you can listen to your body's yes and no's and interpret what your body is telling you, instead of overriding yourself.

  • Somatic Movement Therapy: movement that comes from your body, instead of your mind. Organic, soft and usually slow movements that will bring you into deeper body-presence.

  • MEDITATION & YOGA NIDRA: rest deeply with your own being and allow tensions to shed from body and mind.

    Inside the library, there are newly added short practices each month, as well as an existing collection of 30–90 minute classes from my previous membership.

Somatic Awareness means becoming present in your body's — noticing its sensations, feelings and emotions—and respond to what they are telling you.

This is how you stop overriding your needs and listen to the true desires of your body in the moment.

Let me tell you about my past..

For so long I abused my body and ignored her wisdom. The result was great menstrual pain, burnout, and sexual shut down.

It was time to finally listen to the calling of my womb.

All the pain I was facing became an unraveling of who I am as a woman and understanding what was holding me back to fully love myself.

I struggled with feeling feminine, beautiful, sexual and powerful.

 

I had done hundreds of hours of yoga, studied passionately Vedanta, but I had forgotten my feminine being. I ignored my cyclical nature and the fact that I felt shut down sexually. My nervous system was overtaxed with stress and I disliked parts of myself intensely.

The journey of not overriding my body's messages and reclaiming my power has been the most rewarding actions I've taken in my life. To discover the power and richness of living from my sensual being has been a love story that keep unfolding and blessing my life. I am so looking forward to share the tools I've embodied with you.
