Together, we’ll gently but powerfully uncover the patterns in your body that keep you trapped in the mundane and feeling stuck in your life, guiding you back to feeling truly alive, aligned, and living from your highest expression.

I bring years of experience working with women just like you.
For two decades, I’ve been on a journey to free myself from disconnection, complex stress patterns, sexual shutdown, and a lack of embodiment of my true power.
I found a way to live life out of the box, as I never felt my spirit or body fitted into modern society.
My life's purpose is to serve women who long to feel more alive and grounded in their bodies, and to create a safe space for them to authentically be themselves.
I am deeply in love with the feminine—its ocean of emotion, the curves of the female body, the sacred erotic energy it holds—and I treasure sisterhood profoundly.
I’ve learned how to dance between the stresses of modern life, raising a small child, and reclaiming my sacred, deep feminine nature. I share this because I want you to know: my circumstances are far from perfect. I’m still healing old traumas, facing health challenges, and yet, I believe in the potential for powerful awakening.
Often, on the human journey, it is pain that awakens us to our true nature.

In my 1:1 mentoring I will guide you with unwavering presence and inward listening to the profound somatic intelligence of your body, so that all of you can be fully seen and expressed beyond the constraints of the mind.
In the most gentle, yet powerful way, your body will reveal its deep somatic wisdom, and release life-long, even generational and cultural patterns that are holding you back from fully embodying your power, sensuality and sacred truth.

Over the course of two months, we'll come together for bi-weekly live calls (a total of four sessions), and stay connected through Telegram on designated days.

Telegram is for integration and being witnessed, asking questions, sharing your insights and wins, as your body awakens and start talking to you.
Embodied power is a deeply personal and intimate approach to working with me.
